It comes from paint spraying, processing of rubber, plastic, resin and leather, food industry, casting, pharmacy, chemical production, and so on. The AX--B type catalystswith highly catalytic performance for VOCselimationare prepared by special coating technic that makesperovskitecomposite oxides supported on honeycomb ceramics. Performance and application areas of products: 1. Wide application areas: The catalysts can be used in VOCselimation such as aromatics (benzene, toluene and dimethylbenzene), esters (ethyl acetate and butyl acetate), ketones (acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and cyclohexanone), alcohols (methanol, ethanol and butanol) and organics contained nitrogen and sulfur. 2. High catalyticactivity: It can make the purification rate of VOCs reach higher than 98% at 280 oC with the space velocity of 10000~30000 h-1 and the VOC concentration of 2000~8000mg/M3. 3. High stability: It can effectively resist the poisoning of chlorine, sulfur and heavy metals, and has better resistance to carbon deposition. It has also good thermal stability and can bear high temperature of 850 oC. 4. Physical parameters of catalysts: Shape: a) Square shape honeycomb: Size: 10010050, 10010040; Hole shape: Square or round; CPSI: 30/in2, 50/in2, 200/in2, 300/in2; Specific surface area: 20 m2/g; Crushing strength: 17Mpa (on the top), 6Mpa (on the side). Shape: b) Pellet: Size: Φ4~6mm; Specific surface area: ~250 m2/g; Crushing strength: ≥50N/pellet; Bulk density: 0.65~0.75 Kg/L. |
